The focus of IEC's NPI center of excellence is to function as the gateway to our production manufacturing environment. Our NPI center achieves customer requirements through:

IEC’s NPI center of excellence employs a cross-functional approach to rapid prototyping. This approach enables our NPI COE to be the gateway to volume production and streamlines the process as all functional areas of the manufacturing organization are involved in the process.

IEC utilizes separate, discrete materials and manufacturing resources in its NPI center of excellence to ensure focus on time to market demands helping our clients to drive their business success. Our focus in our NPI center of excellence is schedule attainment and manufacturing execution based on our clients' schedule requirements.
